Surgery - Surgical removal of the tumour inside the bladder or complete removal of the bladder is considered as the best treatment for bladder cancer. TURBT - Trasurethrel Resection of Bladder Tumour is a surgery which is done when the tumour is sitting on the inner lining of the bladder and has not invaded the muscle. Partial Cystectomy or Radical Cystectomy is done for complete removal of the bladder and other organs like Prostate and Seminal Vesicles in men and Uterus, Ovaries and part of Vagina in women. After removal of the bladder the surgeon has to create a new bladder for the urine to the passed from the body.
